$150 - Screening applicants with credit check, employment verification and
rental history verification.
$100 - Completion of lease agreements by lessee/lessor at time of tenant
approval.
$150 - Clean-out and Clean-up consultation and assistance for vacated
residence to prepare for future tenant *Does not include contractor
costs for repairs. (price may vary based on home location, size and extent of
work needed)
