What You Need for a Notarization?
Just your ID
Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current or, if expired, have been issued within the last 5 years, contain the signer's photograph, personal description, and signature, and bear a serial or other identifying number.
- Driver's License or non-driver's ID card issued by a U.S. state.
- U.S. passport
- U.S. Military Identification Card that contains all required elements stated above (the Common Access Card CAC is not acceptable).
- Driver's License issued in Mexico or Canada.
- Foreign passport stamped by the U.S. Citzenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Inmate ID issued by the California Deptartment of Corrections.
NOTARY SERVICES & FEES
1) Individual Signature Notarization
- $10.00 (per stamp / seal) + $40.00 travel and cost fee
(if under 15 miles - after 15 miles add $10.00 per 15 miles)
Examples of this might be health documents,
insurance documents, real estate documents, financial
documents, and corporate documents.
2.) Loan (Document) Signing Mobile Service
I will meet your client in their home, at a scheduled time, for their convenience. The fees, which include the travel fee already built-in, are:
- First set of loan documents signed: $150 (negotiable)
- Second set of loan documents signed: $40
- Charge to print e-mailed loan documents: $50 per set printed
- Charge to pick up and drop off loan documents:$50 per round-trip locally. Cancellation (2 hours or less): $50
* Note: if you can provide my company with multiple loan signings per day, the travel service fees might be negotiable.
3.) In-Office Loan Document Signing Service:
1) Borrowers may come to my Home Office for signings for $50 discount of the fees listed above.
2) If your mortgage, title or escrow company needs on-site extra help in the Temecula / Murrieta / Wildomar / Menifee area, I will come work in your office and perform signings there, for $125 per loan signing.
